Spa Policies

Late Arrivals and No Shows:
Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in a canceled appointment. If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next guest. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.

Booking and Cancellation:

We kindly request a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment:

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Children and Guests:

For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Guests accompanying you who do not have appointments are welcome to wait in our reception area.
