Spa Policies

At Crown Care Spa, we strive to provide you with a serene and rejuvenating experience. To ensure clarity and the best possible service for all our guests, we have established the following policies:

Booking and Cancellation:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment:

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Children and Guests:

For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Guests accompanying you who do not have appointments are welcome to wait in our reception area.

Privacy and Respect:

Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that all personal information and discussions during your session will remain confidential.
We ask that you respect the privacy of other guests by maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout your visit.

Service Adjustments:

Our therapists are trained to provide professional treatments tailored to your needs. If at any time during your service you feel uncomfortable or would like adjustments made, please communicate with your therapist.
We strive to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please notify us in advance if you have specific preferences for your treatment.

Age Restrictions:

Minors may receive a service as long as they are at least 12 years of age and have written consent from a guardian.
Guests the age of 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be required to have written consent for services.

Safety and Hygiene:

We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure your safety. All equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.
Please inform us if you have any concerns regarding cleanliness or if you notice any issues during your visit.

Respect for Our Staff:

We are dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional service. We ask that you treat all staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your treatment without refund.

Gratuities:

Gratuities for our service providers are appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so in cash or add it to your credit card payment.
The amount of gratuity is entirely at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with the service provided.
